Particularly good location with private parking if needed and not far from a single restaurant in the city, the shops, centre, train station and the center of Banff. Also, to closest convenience store. ...

Enjoyed reasonably good and perfect breakfasts.
Check in was quick, hotel was wonderful, locations was amazing to closest convenience store. Central heating, multi-channel television and a microwave oven in spacious rooms were awesome. Really enjoyed a bathtub in my own bathroom. I stayed here for a trip...

A cozy mountain retreat
We had a lovely week here! The lobby is so charming, with a fireplace and tons of board games. Breakfast was delish with a good variety, and we loved the evening s'mores by the fire pit. Only bummer was the noise from doors slamming at night, kinda annoying. Such a great spot for couples!

The location was convenient to everything we were in Banff to do, visit, shop, tour.
The television had several channels that had no sound. Was not a problem for us, but definitely will become a problem as the tourist season picks up and more guests stay in the room. The other thing I did not like was having to check in at the front desk of the hotel next door and go over to the hotel next door to eat our breakfast. You are either open or you are closed. I would only recommend this hotel to people who are traveling to Banff in season as a result of this. If I had wanted to stay at the Voyager Inn, I would have booked there.

They swiftly addressed a minor check-in issue and surprised us with complimentary chocolates and bubbly, a good touch. The spacious room offered fine mountain views, and the included breakfast featured a fantastic selection, including assorted fruits. There was a slight miscommunication during check-in, which could be improved. The hot tubs were crowded at times. The location was convenient, yet occasionally noisy due to nearby traffic.

Very clean, spacious rooms. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful
The breakfast buffet was a bit overrun and the waiters didn't follow with cleaning the tables so that there weren't always clean tables available. Rather cool atmosphere.
